「Sweet The Mi」是韓國知名的烘焙老師,專門發布可愛路線的甜點教學影片!這次她要教大家怎麼製作可愛的杯緣餅乾!首先要準備的材料如下:200g蛋糕粉,150g奶油,一顆蛋,90g糖粉,80g杏仁粉,一撮鹽,一茶匙香草精,一包即溶咖啡,7g南瓜粉,黑/白巧克力。

1. 將奶油和糖粉混合,並依序加入雞蛋、香草精、鹽混合均勻!用篩子篩入蛋糕粉,攪拌至完全融合。

2. 將麵團分成三等份,第一塊麵團摻入南瓜粉上色!

3. 用開水把即溶咖啡泡開,將咖啡倒入第二塊麵團中,如果麵團水分太多的話就再加一點蛋糕粉中和一下。參照以上的步驟將杏仁粉和麵團混合。

4. 用保鮮膜將三塊麵團分別包起來,放入冰箱大約1小時。

5. 用擀麵棍推開冷藏後的麵團,將小熊模具印上去,切出小熊的形狀。

6. 在小熊的手臂和身體中間切一刀,把小熊的手抬起來。將烘焙紙折起來,做成一個支架,撐起小熊的手。在小熊的腿下面也墊一張烘焙紙。

7. 把做好造型的餅乾放入冰箱15分鐘,然後烤箱預熱到170度,烘烤15分鐘即可。

8. 餅乾出爐後用巧克力和食用色素混合液畫上細節!
